Make significant contributions to Heavy Industrial sales strategy and developing new business opportunities for Heavy Industrial bearings, finding new sales channels and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
Negotiation of purchasing conditions
Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations
Ensure effective maintenance and servicing of current accounts through effective coordination with other companies and with the customer service department
Manage the resolution of any customer concerns including delivery and quality issues
Regular business trips and customer visits
Generate sales forecasts and budgets to be presented to the top management, following up the planned and achieved sales budget
Develop strong relationships/tie-ups with end users, distributors, and URB technical consultants
Analysing customer requirements, discuss them with technical consultants, and present an appropriate solution fit
Plan, budget and execute the necessary marketing activity within the territory
Working remotely with mainly on the field visiting customers
Attend in group meetings and organizing customer visits to the factory
